The rewards program is a new program designed for our recurring clients. Clients may print out a punch card
applicable “paid” visit. If a client earns 10 punches then they will receive a $5 gift card to “A Barkers Dozen”.
Rules

| Clients must leave the CCC Rewards card out in a visible place during the visit, most likely where the notes | |
| are normally left. Sitters will not look for cards and will not punch cards after the fact. | ||
| To redeem CCC Rewards cards, simply leave your filled card out and your sitter will replace it with a re- | |
| loadable gift card. Please keep these cards as they should be returned to your sitter once you have used them. Or you may mail your punch | ||
| To return your used gift card, you may send it via mail or wait till your next scheduled visit. | |
| One punch per visit per household. | |
| CCC Rewards Cards expire on the last day of the year so they must be redeemed before then. | |
