Q: Are you a barding facility?
A: No, We provide sitting services within your home for half hour visits.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash and checks. We also accept payment via Paypal. A payment button is located at the top of our
website. Enter in the amount you wish to pay including any tips. Be sure your sitter knows what tips are included
so it can be applied appropriately to your account.
Q: I have a cat/hampster/rabbit/reptile, and only want a sitter to visit every three days or less.
Is that possible?
A: Sitters will provide visits accordingly depending on pet type. Sitters will visit no less than
every other day when scheduling cat or caged pet visits. Visits everyday are preferred so
that the health and well being of your pet can be assessed. All scheduling is contingent upon
the individual pet's needs and is at the discretion of the sitter. We strive to put your pet's well
being first and foremost, and therefore, we feel this is the ethical and moral thing to do.
Q: Do you provide overnight visits?
A: We do not stay at your home overnight. We have families and animals of our own that we must care for which
makes staying at someone else's home overnight impossible for us. We can come to your home before bedtime to
let your dog outside to potty, and we visit again first thing in the morning to let them out to potty again. We try
to maintain your pet's schedule as best we can.

Q: Can you be at my house at a specific time that I set?
A: No, we do not accept time specific appointments. Due to the nature of pet sitting, with travel and other
scheduling needs, we can only set a time period we will be able to arrive. AM shift: between 6am - 9am, Late AM
Shift: between 10am - 11am, Midday Shift: between 12:00pm - 3:00pm, Early PM Shift: between 4pm - 6pm, PM
